Doesn't really matter considering we aren't even making a chance.

blutgraetsche wrote:That could have been one hell of a goal, but Eto'o bottled it, clearly not fit. Great dribbling by Dinho.
Ronaldinho should have just gone it alone. Would have been a Maradona-esque goal.

The "ç" is only neccessary in front of an "a" if you want an s-sound. "c" in front of an "e" makes the s-sound automatically.

Great first half from Liverpool - Barca nowhere near scoring except for the free-kick/offside header. How Liverpool haven't scored is a bit of a mystery, but they are on course and looking strong. Barcelona don't seem to have any cohesion up front - plenty of pretty passing in the midfield, but the front three are all isolated from the rest of the team and from each other. Hardly any of the three in midfield are getting in front of the ball and providing additional angles, and if they carry on like that this tie is over for them.
Good on Liverpool, just need a goal and it's all over.

You can't really be nervous right? I mean we have shown absolutely nothing that should worry you..

Yeah, but I always feel you're a dodgy linesmans descision from being one vs one versus Reina.
Disagree with what you said with regards to Messi and Arbeloa. Arbeloa's letting Messi go past, because he's just running out of space. We know eventually he's going to have to cut inside.

Yeah, that probably would have been the better choice. Dinho tries something at least. The others almost look non-existent, God knows why. If I didn't know the score of the first match, I'd think that Liverpool need to win today, instead of Barça.

If true, that's the stupidest thing I've seen since Mourinho told Del Horno to start fouling Messi. This isn't Kieran Richardson we're talking about, Messi does have the ability to create something out of nothing.

Fair play to Big Dirk Kuyt.
There's definitely a bit of Dynamo Berbatov there- great link up play throughout, one miscontrolled take from a Gerrard pass when he was through but other then that, I fondly remember one ball he plucked out of the sky and controlled dead in one movement. Beautiful
Im going to agree with Fey when he gets on here and votes for Kuyt again-
Kuyt player of the half, Carragher second

I think Arbeloa is clearly overmatched by Messi (one of the few little bright spots for us) but it doesn't really matter since there is always 1 or 2 other players ready to pounce on Messi if he gets past..

Riise man of the half.. Kuyt abused a massive chance, and with the amount of space he has he hasn't been very impressive. Bellamy has done better..

If only Momo's chance had fallen to Alonso. Still... I don't think anything would be more perfect than an Momo goal. Even Carragher scoring again would be as great.

Riise for his shots, but I thoight Kuyt linked up a lot of good Liverpool passages of play.
Thing is, Puyol is World Class. Like Carragher no one really tends to notice. Puyol saving Valdes arse again with that brilliant goal line clearance was worth the admission fee alone.

Better hope you get an easy-ish draw in the next round. Not having Sissoko will be a big blow and make any tie already tougher than it will be (because it won't be Barcelona!)

Has Sissoko been run over by a tractor? He's got tyre treads across his head
