    No, I think in March or so Del Bosque decided to change Cesar for Casillas. Cesar was the first choice for the quarterfinal, semifinal, and final of the CL. But Casillas had been the starter for the group stages.

    It had to be mostly Dutch...teams were still limited to 3 foreignors then.
