I just knew that we will have problems against Leverkusen today, after Naldo was injured a few days ago, leaving our central defence in shambles. Leverkusen are leading 1:0 (Freier), after a penalty caused by Pasanen (backup for the central defence). Now it's very clear that letting Fahrenhorst leave was a bad idea.

I seriously hope that Mertesacker and Naldo, our first XI central defence, are fit soon.

Whats the reaction of HSV and their fans on the departure of Khalid der Kannibale..

So far it doesn't look like it, VDV and the HSV in general don't seem to have a good match. I wrote a couple of detailed postings on the reactions of the HSV fans in the Boula transfer thread(s) rai.


Bremen vs. Leverkusen is a great football match, seriously. Both teams playing excellent attacking football, as expected.

Sanogo just scored for HSV! 1:0!

I have been impressed with Bremen in the last year or so..seen the lineup (looks strong)

Hope Bremen do well not only in the league, but in Europe..

It's an even match: Werder has more posession, but Leverkusen with dangerous counters. Both play attacking football, great entertainement, as I had expected. Hope we will win in the end.
