Try not to make it 11 Utd players Wink

I missed a few games but here's an attempt:

    ---------------Canizares-----------------

    Finnan----Lucio--Ferdinand----Jankulovski

    Ronaldo---Carrick----Masch------Giggs

    -----------Rooney----Crouch------------

I know it is majority EPL but the EPL has 3/4 of the semi finalists after all Wink

I found the keeper choice very tough - Rensing and Canizares were both good but made errors and Reina, despite not conceding did very little

I thought Lucio was class but as an Arsenal fan ill just look at the statistics (fours goals conceeded in two games) so he was shit.

    ---------------Rensing-----------------

    Finnan----Van Buyten-Essien---Jankulovski

    Ronaldo---Carrick-----Ballack------***** (not sure)

    -----------******----Drogba------------

    Reasons.

Rensing performed VERY well considering it was against AC Milan and made some absolutely incredible saves. Hes better than Kahn now imo, plus Kahn is a complete twat as well.

Finnan apparently played well in the first leg.

Van Buyten is a rock. And can score. Sounds like JT. But first leg he was a beast, and played quite well this game.

Essien- Had to have him somewhere, chelsea missed him badly first leg, and you can see the difference he makes, stunning player.

Jankulovski is the best left back in the world right now? From his two-legged performance it could be said so, some quality deliveries and sound defensively

    Ronaldo- Need we say?

    Carrick- Passes forwards now.

Ballack- The Ballack of old turned up against Valencia in that second leg, and that was one hell of a performance.

Drogba- Dont miss the big mans performance in both legs. Holds the ball up, brings others into play, put the defence under SO much pressure in both legs.

Dont know who for the blanks.

    Edit: Agger/Van Buyten.

    Finnan - Carragher - Agger - Riise
    Ronaldo - Carrick/Pirlo - Masch/B'lack - Seedorf
    - - - - - - - Rooney - Crouch

    pretty good

maybe terry or carvalho (whoever played the best) for keeping valencia so quiet instead of agger or carra for reasons of fairness

I watched the Valkencia-Chelsea game yesterday. The best players were by far:Drogba,Carvalho,Shevchenko and Essien for Chelsea.Morientes,Villa and Ayala for Valencia.I still think Canizares made some "spetacular" stop with some shots not very dangerous (particularly with the Drogba's header).. <Ale>

No I was ticking you off for spelling and racism - "half-caste" is not an acceptable term.

Staggering to hear that from an Arsenal fan of all people.
