Yes, I have said before, Gerrard is a better player, but not that much better, yet all that ever happens now is Lampard-bashing, Gerrard-praising. I mean, did Gerrard even really have a better World Cup than Lampard? Goal wise yes, but performance wise? I'm not so sure.
Gerrard always gets the headlines because he's almost always involved in some way (like the penalty). Even if he has had a bad game. He's invaluable to Liverpool.
