Poor old Bolton, is this a sign of things to come for them? If it is then I fear for them.

I know he's free and all, but he's a big time charlie, more interested in the bling than the football. Expect to possibly see Luke More follow him, another big time charlie with a bad attitude.

Looks like Gardner may be leaving.

He's not terrible but ot exactly good either, but I've said elsewhere that I honestly believe that Allardyce leaving is the end for Bolton. IMO in two seasons they'll be in the championship

bye j'lloyd. you won't be missed, but good luck and all.

not sure i agree on moore, though. i think o'neill will give him at least next season to prove himself. he is probably the best finisher we have at the club and i'm certain he would've scored double figures if he hadn't been injured this season

Not a good siging but i do know for a fact that Big Sam was looking to bring him in before he left so it would have happened if he had stayed anyway.

Moore is a great player, very talented, but mark my words he's a trouble maker - and he's more into the bling than the footie.

I didn't think J Loyd Samuel was that bad, impressed me quite alot when he played especially that season when Villa finished fifth. Was he injured a lot this season or was O'Neill just not a fan of his?

yeah he was good that season. shame about the subsequent 2. injured for the most part of this season, but didn't get a look-in as bouma was firmly 1st choice. don't think o'neill rated him

I personally rate him and think he can rekindle some of his old form at Villa.

Bolton won't be in the championship. If they keep their players they are more than capable of staying in the top half of the table.

Good signing on a free, and if we keep Gardner, we can push him back up to midfield:

    ----------------Jussi

    -O'Brien------Meité----Diagne-Faye---Samuel

    ---Diouf-----Seydou Keita--Nolan-------Gardner

    --------------Davies---Anelka

That would be an ace team.

That's what I've read. He's got a "bon de sortie", so we should be able to pay his fee. And with Anelka, we've got quite a high profile in France now. He'd be a fantastic buy.

The reality is there is a dearth of good full-backs around. he's nothing special but he'll be better than campo whos past it.
