Great match, some of Liverpool's attacking combinations were excellent...Benayoun in particular had a good game, and with the initial lineup itself looking much better than a mediocre Pompey, it's no surprise that with Torres and Alonso coming on the gap in quality was even wider.

Still will never cease to amuse me that that lineup ends up leading to a 3-2 scoreline!

Gutted for Adams but quite pleased Pool won the match.

Agree James should have saved 2 and 3, but great last 20 minutes that's all i watched of it. You could see Liverpool would get the winner, they just were going for it and Portsmouth knew they fucked up a chance to win, so it was win or bust for them.

It reminded me of the Man Utd of 99, this Pool team is far more exciting than the Man Utd of 2009
