Fair play to United really, they are the best team in the league by a mile, could do with adding more flair to the midfield if they want to be up there in Europe again but for now they have the league sorted - City and Chelsea have spent really poorly and don't have the right attitude to succeed consistently.

Just came home (they always let my teams play at the same time ) but did HSWHW made a good goal? Heard he scored.
Anyway, FT. A gazillion points clear. A title with easter at the Emirates. It's highly possible.

They look uncatchable now - interesting that SKY showed no replay of an incident after 6 mins 40 secs when Anichebe "stumbled" in the penalty box with Vidic close by.
I went back to it at HT and watched in slow mo but would have liked a different angle.

Probably ManU best overall performance of the season. First real convincing win against a decent team I've seen, though haven't seen a lot.
I'm not sure is was such a good idea to expend so much energy just before the Madrid clash but it was needed to outplay Everton like that.

He had the ball on his left foot but opted to pass Howard and then shot with his right
Had similar chance earlier but the ball hit the post

Re: Premier League 9/10/11/17 February 2013
West Brom tonight.
Sturridge is an injury doubt and Coutinho will be on the bench if in the squad at all, I think. So probably: Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Agger, Enrique, Lucas, Gerrard, Henderson, Downing, Sterling, Suarez.
Sterling in for Sturridge is more like for like than having Borini come in. Sturridge will be a big miss though if he doesn't play, his understanding with Suarez has been great so far.

No Lukaku for them is a bonus for us but Mulumbu is back who's a good player.
Not sure about Shelvey over Sterling but think we should win.

Re: Premier League 9/10/11/17 February 2013
I only watched the highlights of the weekend's games via Match of the Day this evening. The Southampton-Manchester City match was thoroughly entertaining; and I liked how Michu seemed in communion with an agitated man in the crowd when celebrating his second goal.
'BBC Sport's Alistair Magowan' seems to have a filthy penchant for Jamie Carragher's noise-making, judging by the BBC's live text for tonight's game. Steven Reid was lucky not to score an own-goal after a Liverpool corner.

That was such a soft penalty, but great stop from the keeper. Liverpool should be out of sight by now, but have squandered their chances and dominance so far.
