From what i have seen and reported this season with Milan, at times he is good and other times frustrating ... maybe San Marcos mate Ancelotti put in a good word .. not sure if he should feature

But is good for him knowing hes international career is not over ... maybe San Marco is playing mind games with van Bommel?

Marco went to Milan to speak with him..This shows even more the incapability of van Basten. Now that he is in Trouble we go to talk with the oldies, now the young ones aren't capeble of delivering what's expected from them.

Schaars is part of San Marco's plans.

Not sure how Seedorf will feature in the team..

God knows why van Basten overlooks De Guzman and Hofs Whistle

At this moment in time, i want him to remain at Ajax .. but its his choice, a big one to make.

After Euro 2008..if they are still interested, he should decide his future.

Have still my doubts about Hofs, he has his moments but his form is too inconsistent. Ill think Feyenoord will be his max. De Guzman should be offered the Dutch nationality as soon as possible, tho he is heavy out of form.

it will mostly depend on wether or not their interest is based on real interest or just speculation

    but

after 2008 is about time for him to go abroad i agree, for the right amount of money.

    I'll take the bait Ale

Hofs is another Sneijder : not good enough and too small.

He defends a little bit more than Sneijder, is better at set pieces.
Sneijder is better when we're in posession and going forward though.

Robin van Persie is the man for our set pieces so we don't need either Laugh

De Guzman, Schaars and De Zeeuw should be the basis for our future midfield.

Looking at Feyenoord : De Guzman almost seems like a "vlag op een modderschuit" Very Happy

    He's a *major* talent.

Sno is a useless piece of shit. Same goes for Landzaat, in this form he should have even be near the national squad. And Scheitinga is there as well I see Evil or Very Mad Tho glad to see Affalay is in it..

Glad to see VDS stopped playing friendlies, it's a good thing I guess.

On VDS I guess he wants to try something else. I can't see VDS and MVB having probs with each other!

I am glad with Mendez, Afellay and Koevermans!!! And, I hope Maduro is getting back to his old form!

Heitinga and no Kromkamp is beyond me

Sno I don't know too well to judge on him!

People are bashing on Landzaat but he was the most stable midfielder last international games against Albania and Bulgaria! He lost ZERO balls those games while he passed almost all his passes correct so please a bit relaxed on Landzaat!

The problem with Landzaat is. He doesn't hoof like a Van Bommel or a gerrard and that is what people like to see but is it also efficient????? I think Landzaat plays more efficient and also more effective than a Gerrard or a Van Bommel!

    Ale ok

Imo our second best keeper is still good old Lodewijks.. Look at Timmer can be a dodgy linekeeper from time-to-time. But Steekelenburg makes at least one howler per game.

Does Afellay already have said, he wants to play for the Netherlands....????? I think this friendly will not make it impossible to play for Morocco the next game, will it?

How old is Stekelenburg? I am not impressed so far either but....
A goal keeper is mostly at best when he is 30+

But, Between 25-30 he has to show already he has class! Before you 25th you can't say anything about how good a keeper is!
