a - just because you play under good managers doesnt mean you will be a good manager
b - Sounness played under some pretty fantastic managers
c - Keane is a perfectionists that will unreasonably expect the same commitement and heart when he played in others

That one played for Liverpool, and the other for Man Utd.

I think Keane will be like Fergie, but he has to hold his public criticism of players; thats really not good for team spirit.

I thought it was completely out of order the way he came out and criticised some of his players so severely back at Man U.

He is a bit of a phsycho at times (on and off the pitch) but I think he can channel his frustrations in the right direction.

I read his book i seen how he dealt with players when he was coming to an end, how he took things, was learning best ways to deal with people.

He will be a very good manager, i think a great manager.

Not really, its just a simple question ive asked LRD after he said there was some clear differences, id like to know what they are.

What is the same, they played same position, so did alex ferguson and niall quinn. Few other things not much. Personality very different, very different mentallity, and a lot more. Time will tell, in 5+ months we see how well he has done so far, not in 2-3 games.
I will be very shocked if he does not do a very good job.
