It's a very strong team, I'm surprised Hyypia is in for Agger but other than that it's what I hoped for and expected! come on you reds!

it's too big though
mascherano... probably the best defensive midfielder in the world cannot even get a start at the minute
chopra against hyypia is the biggest worry today
and it'll be interesting to see how we cope without gerrard who has been the main reason for us starting so well

Rotation.
It's the only way to explain someone as talentless as Sissoko playing in front of him.

f@ck off bellsniff,
Alonso and Masch are too similiar to play together, Sissoko adds that battle into the midfield we will need today against a Roy Keanes Sunderland.

but in mascherano's case how can you call it rotation when he hasn't even started a league game
sissoko makes up for his lack of skill in other areas of talent ie exactly the reason you bought hargreaves

He's decent, he's not excellent though. He's never put in a performance that's wowed me

What, seriously? I was at V last week so missed Chelsea. I can't remember who played for you at Villa even though I watched it.

Like I've said, he's solid but unspectacular. Is he your first choice left back?

alonso and gerrard (who are apparently $h!t together and rafa does not trust if you believe the board experts) started both

Manager: Keane
Gordon
Halford . . Nosworthy . . McShane . . Wallace
Miller . . . Etuhu . . Yorke . . . Richardson
Chopra . . . Murphy
I hope Sunderland can get a draw but i think Liverpool will be too powerful for them.

I worry about that too... theres got to be so many unhappy faces in that dressing room.
Babel and Pennant should really step up their game to make up for Gerrard's absence me thinks.

Well i can tell you've not watch much of him, as a young player he has so much positional sense, fabulous technique and energy...
Lets face it, full backs are not the most famous of positions...

You were bashing "Football Genius" for saying Gerrard should play in the middle last season, so include yourself aswell

purely because we didn't have a right winger good enough though
it was a case of getting the best players on the pitch in any way possible and gerrard, alonso and mascha are our best midfielders
it had no relation at all with gerrard and alonso not being able to function together
but thankfully pennant is finally looking the part

In line with my other superb predictions I predict the following: Sunderland 3 - 0 Liverpool. A Richardson hat trick. He always was supremely talented.

It'll be a perfect hat trick too - right footed lob, left footed 30 yard screamer and then a bullet header from 8 yards...

Babel has been non-existent on the left.
Pennant his usual wank self, touch of a rapist.
Voronin and Torres haven't had a sniff.
