That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
Juve's goalkeeper is better but aside from that, Bayern are stronger in pretty much every position
Bayern have top players in every position

Juve will finish top 3 possibly in a tough league, the German league is no way near as good,

I'm surprised you are writing them off then, personally I think they have looked better than Juve this season and have a great team and squad. Goalkeeper is the only position I would say that Juve have a clear advantage over them.

Then you are talking $h!t. Because Fiorentina have done as well as Roma. Since 2005-06 season, Fiorentina have won as many if not more points in Serie A than even Roma.
Villareal beat Inter in the CL so are they better than Inter too?

I'm not saying that they're better than Roma, no.
Fiorentina in both seasons haven't had any European competition to worry about, so that's 10/15 games less than the other top teams in Serie A. Villarreal in each of those years have been playing in Europe and two of the past four seasons they've reached semi finals of European competitons. That's a hell of a lot of extra games to worry about

Over the past few years we have had to make do with a mixture of no coverage at all, bravo and channel five.
Then of course you have the stereotype which seems to be ingrained in people's minds that Italian football will bore the $h!t out of you for 90 minutes. It is unfair, however normally we sit down to watch an Italian match and expect to turn it over after 20 minutes (obviously I don't speak for everyone but I am guessing a lot of people also think like this)
I am not quite sure how this is going to change. Perhaps if sky take over the coverage and make it a lot more interesting for the masses. It is actually a major shock they have not secured the rights already because they show enough $h!t football (they recently started showing live northern ireland league matches )
yeah when goalazioooooooooooo or whatever it was called was on i used to always watch it.
to be honest i havn't even took an insight into the league since it became corrupt. I aint the biggest fan of the football style in italy either. Think it can be very defensively based.
I only really watch english premier league + lower leagues of england and la liga

Re: Non-italians don't watch Serie A
I disagree regarding Bayern. They are up there in the category with Barcelona, Manchester United and Inter!
But Juventus are as good as Valencia or Arsenal if not better. After one year in Serie B they have managed a good start in Serie A. They will only get better when the new players like Almiron, Molinaro, Iaquinta, and Tiago start combining better. However, Andrade's injury is a big blow for them.
The mistake people here are making is thinking that Trezeguat, Nedved, Del Piero or Camoranesi are over the hill. Far from it. They are as over the hill as Henry, Crespo or RVN. Class is permanent and they are not that old.

I'm unsure. It depends how much the Viola are affected by playing in Europe. Juve only have the 38 league games and a possible Italian Cup run to worry about.
In terms of entertainment value Fiorentina>>Juve, so I hope Fiorentina finish higher

So Villareal are now better than Arsenal too?
Did you watch the Fiorentina-Roma game yesterday? There was nothing between the sides. If anything we played better in the second half.
You are talking rubbish about Juventus. Nedved is still better than Rocisky. Ask any Czech. You do not have a goal scorer of Trezeguat's class. Chiellini is a better fullback than anyone you have. Iaquinta or Del Piero? Its a matter of opinion. Camoranesi? If a person who is not biased like you makes a team between Juventus & Arsenal it would be evenly split.

I am not saying that followers of any league are more biased than any other. Just saying that posters on this MB are ignorant of Serie A like this thread mentions which brings about a bias against Italian clubs and players.
Trezeguat may not make the Arsenal team for tactical reasons. That much I follow. But you say that Adebayor is a better player than Trezeguat?
