Dunn getting a yellow for that Tevez incident was a joke. Man U players get so much protection.

When he started playing Wigan
Spurs looked very impressive today, but I'll reserve judgement until after their next challenging game.
I wonder how Wigan V Derby would have gone if it had been played this weekend?!

Think I would have gone with:
-----------Almunia
Sagna--Toure--Gallas--Clichy
Hleb--Cesc---Flamini--Rosicky
------Adebayor--Eduardo
But that is a strong team anyway.

Didn't we play 4-5-1 the last time we played Reading? I think van Persie played as a left winger that day.
We are in November and Eduardo hasn't really had a run in the first XI, with the van Persie injury it would be a perfect time to come in.
Still Wenger's gone with the tried and tested ...

We will need a good performance from Hleb to justify the formation. Eboue hasn't been very impressive playing on the right in recent matches. I think this was a good opportunity to play Eduardo from the start, but obviously Wenger is sticking with the same formation as our previous games.

Any particular reason why or is it purely down to a lack of alternatives ?

Maybe so, but it ain't because of anything he's done at Arsenal.

Don't know the other players up for the award, in all fairness they probably were not that great.
FYI, Daniel Agger has won this award twice.

Did Rommedahl win it ever
The 19-year old Arsenal player was voted ‘Talent of the Year’ ahead of other notable names such as Manchester City’s Kasper Schmeichel and Chelsea Morten Nielsen

Not so sure about that, I can't find a list of past winners.
Agger and Poulson have won it in the last five years though, anyway onto tonights game ...

Frustrating game so far. Reading are defending deep and Arsenal have all the possession, but our passing has been poor. We look a bit like last season's side, not really threatening when in dangerous positions so far.
