the international break is almost upon us, so...

What are your favourite teams in the EPL to watch? Rank in order

    For me:

    1. Arsenal (obviously)
    2. Man City - been fantastic this season + have the underdog tag. Young squad to boot and likely to strengthen in future
    3. Portsmouth - very energic. Seem to play without fear at present
    4. West Ham Utd - Really improved and are playing some great football this season
    5. Newcastle Utd - Not great football but have a soft spot for them
    6. Man Utd - Great to watch, but a bit lower than they should be due to rival status
    7. Spurs - Same as Man Utd
    8. Blackburn - Improving year on year and adding more and more flair + have some likeable players
    9. Aston Villa - Some good young english talent
    10. Reading - Bit of an underdog, but due to the fact they have little money are still capable of decent football
    11. Chelsea - Moving up rapidly
    12. Everton - Moving up as well, not Cahill is back
    13. Fulham - bit of a soft spot + entertaining in their last minute collapses
    14. Liverpool - some good players, but usually when I do watch them, they choose to play some diar football
    15. Middlesbrough - some young english players, but this season have lacked flair
    16. Sunderland - Not very good really, but I like Gordon and Leadbetter
    17. Birmingham - They have Djourou and have potential to play with a bit of flair if a few players return from injury
    18. Bolton - Anelka and Diouf are slightly cuntish, and they're two of my faovurite players!
    19. Wigan - Diar and getting worse
    20. Derby - I like Giles Barnes. When he gets a bit fitter, who knows, but at present, they're a walking disaster

I don't really know...for me I decide what matches to watch based on both teams. So just Arsenal playing Fulham won't interest me, but if it's something like Arsenal-Blackburn, then that's a great match.

1.) Liverpool - expect the unexpected
2.) Portsmouth - abundance of black players and I fucking love niggers
3.) Derby - They're $h!t and they know they are, always goals
5.) Wigan & Reading. I'm bald and literate.
6.) Arsenal - their neat little triangles remind me of Mrs Hysen's twit
8.) Manchester & Chelsea - It's not their fault if they don't win.
9.) Everton - Remind me of Liverpool 5 years ago
11.) Blackburn & Bolton - There's a reason people think they play $h!t football. They do.
12.) Sunderland - I wish someone would give me a football club so I could learn how to manage.
13.) West Ham - it's not about the football it's about the injuries
16.) Fulham, Middlesborough, Birmingham - who?
17.) Man City - sickens me that Sven couldn't so this for England
18.) Newcastle - bring back Keegan
19.) Villa - too many malados, God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Jamelia.
    20.) Spurs - Obviously

Just saw the title of the thread is favourite clubs in general, not just who you like to watch, so on that basis, here goes:

    1. Newcastle - been the club I always follow in the Premiership, used to check their scores and stuff before I really got into football or even started watching it. I used to watch Newcastle whenever possible under Bobby Robson, because the football was great. Since then, it's gotten worse and worse.

    2. Blackburn - lot of respect for what Mark Hughes has done...quality squad, decent football, and with a good chance to beat all their foreign investor rivals around them in the table, without the equivalent funding.

    3. Chelsea - surprised myself that I'm putting them here, but after Jose leaving and Ten Cate coming in, I want to see them do well. Just not against Barça in Europe

    4. Everton - again, just like Blackburn, respect for the squad Moyes has built and the results he's got on a limited budget.

    5. Boro - totally harmless, great chairman

    6. Man. Utd. - good football, good players

    7. West Ham - good tradition of young players, and good football

    8. Birmingham - my favourite of the 3 promoted sides

    9. Spurs - want to see them do well with Ramos there...if only they had a better board

    10. Portsmouth - everybody loves them except Saints fans...they're alright I guess. That new stadium would have been awesome if they put it half in the water like the original plans

    11. Man. City - no feelings either way

    12. Arsenal - good football, and they're kind enough to give Cesc an apprenticeship, but in general they're disgraceful thieves, which is why I put them down here

    13. Liverpool - always been dull and defensive since I started watching football (they were under Houllier then) and always had the most uninteresting squads of the other big teams...and now they steal young players too No

    14. Aston Villa - don't really rate Martin O'Neill

    15. Reading - Coppell's alright

    16. Fulham - used to like them a lot when Coleman was there, but under this hoofball merchant/professor wannabe, I don't care much at all

    17. Bolton - Sleep

    18. Sunderland - boring overpriced players, arrogant manager...nothing to do with supporting Newcastle, since I don't particularly have local ties

    19. Derby - make me cringe

    20. Wigan - please get relegated and never come back up

Harry Redknapp is a very underated coach. He never park a bus. ok

    What a bunch of muppetts.

I lost interest in the majority of opinions when Bolton were placed higher than Spurs -

Spurs, the team who are only behind United and Arsenal in number of goals scored this season.

Bolton, who the Beyern game apart, are about as exciting a prospect as sandpapering your ballsack.

Mine is, without the cuntish bias:

    1) Man united
    2) Arsenal
    3) Spurs
    4) West ham
    5) Chelsea
    6) Liverpool
    7) Newcastle
    Cool Portsmouth
    9) Villa
    10) Man City
    11) Everton

Rest of the league Im not really bothered about, watch them when they are on, but dont rate them as particularly entertaining

For somebody who doesn't like the club a lot, you have an awful lot to say about them, most of which is now explained by your admission of dislike.

    1 Arsenal
2 Man utd (because the way they play)
3 Portsmouth (because of Utaka, Benjani, Campbell)
4 Everton (because of Arteta, Cahill)
    5 Man City
    6 Chelsea
    7 Blackburn
    8 Newcastle
    9 Liverpool
    10 Reading
    11 Tottenham
    12 West ham
    13 Bolton
    ...
    19 Wigan
    18 Derby
    19 Sunderland

    1. Man United - The obvious
    2. Spurs - English talents, great football, kind of a bond
    3. Fulham - Never a dull match
    4. Villa - English talents, good football, O'Neil
    5. Sunderland - Keane

    ------------------- the rest ---------------------

    19. Arsenal - The hype that goes with them, Manager is a tw*t.
    20. Liverpool - Horrible fans, dire football

No no no Kimmy, I presume you are still struggling from all the brown ale you drank on the weekend. Its about what footballing sides you enjoy watching.

Now, for me - I intensely dislike Arsenal for example, however I am not stupid- I know a good team when I see one, and they are great to watch on their day. Certainly more enjoyable to watch then, say Middlesboro- who I dont have anything against at all <Ale>

N'Zogbia was at left back because our manager is a fathead. He set up a great chance for Owen("the great goalscorer) though, who managed to f@ck it up royally. It was a beautiful inswinging cross from deep, came down in the perfect spot. <Ale>
