Will you please stop trying to convince us that Lehman is any good?! That psychopath belongs in a mental institution, not in a football field. The only thing Lehman has ever inspired is for his coach to replace him with the 10th best Spanish goalie.

Not that I've noticed. The only time I've seen him fail to deal with a cross (where he's actually gone for the ball) was Arsenal. I'd say he's slightly more reluctant to dive at a players feet now, though that's understandable

He's hardly a midget, but that's a relatively small height for a goalie.

He can't be 6ft, if so then RM must be employing NBA players because he looks short alongside them.

This is another reason why he is the best, height for height/pound for pound whatever you call it, the man is Superman. Cech & Buffon for example have the height advantage, San Iker does not.

Schweinsteiger continued to probe and brought two fine saves out of Petr Čech before the visitors sealed the points and their qualification with a break-away goal on 63 minutes.

Fair play Torrente, but I'm gonna give Lehmann some credit. He was past his prime when Almunia took over. The German is almost 40 isn't he.

No I am not saying he is better because he is smaller than the other two but being tall would give you a good advantage as a goalkeeper.

But i'm not really sure thats a valid argument. You can't hold it against Buffon and Cech just because they are taller than Casillas.

His height is a factor, all the great goalkeepers have been tall or big, Casillas has done a pretty good job, maybe that argument may not hold for everyone. But Casillas does hold other attributes at times and at times he seems unbeatable. He is not near Buffons level but I am confident he will be, fair to say they are the two best Goalkeepers at the moment.

I think Buffon is the best.
I will never forget Casillas's phenomenal performance against Leverkusen in 2002. That was just brilliant stuff. He is an awesome goalkeeper, who is, in my opinion, the second best in the world.

Buffon for me. all 3 are amazing though, although im pretty sure if lampard ever got the chance to play in goal he would certainly be the best and definitly better than gerrard.
