Let them fight it out for Huntelaar. Wink

Much better day of transfer rumours on the Roma front. We've been linked with Crespo, half of the Fiorentina team, Vargas, Lorik Cana and Tiago.

Crespo has actually stated that his dream is to play with Totti before he retires:

"Here I am well and I want to stay, but the Giallorossi are a great team and it is normal to dream about playing with [Francesco] Totti in the future," said Crespo.

We all remember how devestating it was the last time Franco played with an Argie. Smiley

Awesome defender, Spalletti had a chance to take him back when Inter offered money + Samuel for Chivu. I think after Samuel's form this season, he regrets not taking the deal.

No I'm talking about this man.

Saha can join amnesty international as far as I care, he is so unreliable these days but we know he is a class player which is frustrating. His closest friend at Manchester United is the physio!

With Manucho coming on a free it seems in the summer and hopefully Louis ‘eight chances’ Saha leaving, it is imperative SAF signs a new Forward possibly a targetman .. then again Manucho could be our Adebayor!! (Possibly minus the class post match interviews and dance celebrations)

    Who are "Co"?

And to be honest Otto, this is just downright poor. Does anyone care what clube are linked to whom when 99percent of these leads are based on rumour?

Apparently Lampard is going to Barcelona next season. Big deal, lets all make a thread about it Wink <Ale>

Lampard to Barca is as likely as myself marrying an English girl to enrich the Island's gene-pool

you are more likely to see anglo deep-fry a snowball whilst painting her left toe-nail in the colours of Cornwall's indigenous fish population

then again: Barca are run by the Dutch; today's experts in hoofing, running, scratching and diving; so who knows

Yes, sorry. I forgot that articles such as the one you have linked to their are not speculative at best lol!

I can assure you, "Co" (as in Coventry City) was probably along a warmer track.

I got lost following this particular analogy of yours I must say, but I think I get the gist. That media stories linking German footballers to big clubs is fact, whilst those linking English footballers to big clubs is laughable nonsense. What an odd paradoxical dimension you must live in. I must come and visit someday Biggrin lol!

Dieterchen did a good job for once. ok Malik's career was stagnating at Hertha and Favre's philosophy doesn't suit him well anyway, so it's a only reasonable to let him go. The Russians payed over the odds though.Laugh

I first had to convince myself that we don't have April's fool day when I heard of the transfer fee. Those Russians have toooooooooooo much money to spend methinks.
