What about Jos Luhukay at Borussia Moenchen Gladbach? Or Andre Wetzel (not even sure about him, looks a bit Indonesian).
Imo in Holland if you're good enough you'll get there even if you're a blue.
André Wetzel is a Dutch-Moluccan (born in Surabaya). Top manager!!!!! FC Den Haag next year....?
Denny Landzaat and Gio Van Bronckhorst are also Dutch-Moluccans (born in the Netherlands) Nigel de Jong is half white (Mum) half black (father) born in Amsterdam....
Any more question...?

Jol head coach
Wetzel assistent.... I doubt that'll work because Wetzel is eager enough (now) to be to the head coach.... He was assistent long enough. Under Wotte at Den Haag and Jong Oranje...
I'm glad if we can get one of those super trainers but I can't believe we get one of them...

He's right about Hughes, even without the takeover and Robinho, the shouldn't be 17th.

I still think the age factor (that correlates immediately with integration and acceptance rate) has been grossly overlooked in this thread.
I'd be extremely surprised if the amount of non-white managers (allochtonen anyone) won't have doubled in the next 10 years.
A non-white technical director is of course even more rare, because that's the natural fase *after* being a manager....and normally a higher age group.
That Allach at his age is already a successful technical director says enough about his abilities
(Allach from the days that he was a FC Groningen player)
Mohammed Allach has been technical director for VVV (championship club) for a few years : they were promoted to the Eredivisie because of his and Wetzel's (manager, see also in this thread) good work.
VVV did well, they came close to staying up...but got relegated in the end. Wetzel made the move to his "own" city : he's doing well with Den Haag now (even I like them nowadays ) and Allach moved to the technical director's position at Twente and is McClaren's boss
Googling him I found this interesting bit :
Mo Allach in BBC-documentaire
Apparently Allach has been part of a BBC-documentary about weddings around the world...

Seems I was wrong there : the previous manager was manager and technical director in one (extremely rare in Holland), now the technical directorship is shared between McClaren and Allach.
They've created the function "assistent technical manager" for Allach....but knowing him he's probably running the show.

No, Menzo wanted to make a step higher. He talked with Ghana for the job of national coach. They found him too inexperienced so he started this season without club. After 6 games he took over the job from Juri Koolhof at Cambuur Leeuwarden.
Volendam have the worst coach in the world: Frans Adelaar, FAR worse than Koeman...

Are you sure about that? Ghanian media and people I know there talked about Rajevac and an Austrian being interviewed for the job.

In that case I look forward to seeing them on the 21st. I expect a complete horror show after such a build up. Hope I won't be disappointed. I take it that he is a shoe-in for this season's Koeman Award for worst coach of the Year.

Because Adelaar relegated with Den Haag while it was completely unnecessary. He always focus more on "good" football than too win games...
On that he might be the best coach in the world!
On Ghana... He talked with them but I guess he wasn't one of the first candidates

Because it was won in spite of him not because of him. Amazing how basically the same squad are third in La Liga in the Copa del Rey and UEFA as well under Emery, but were flirting with relegation under Koeman. Keep trying Axe, but Koeman was appalling at Valencia -hence the award is named in his honour. However, unless others know better he won't be nominated this season.

But Ramos didn't inherit a club in contention in all competitions and lead them towards relegation. Koeman did and had to be sacked before he complete the job of relegating us. Hope he does well elsewhere, but never want him to set foot near Valencia again.
