Cleber's gone, and I think Motta is also looking for an exit (though he'll probably end up staying since I can't see who would want him).

Atletico signing both of them would be strange though...they already have more midfielders than they need (considering they play 2 wingers). Instead they should maybe get a 4th striker to give them depth for the CL and allow Aguero some rest.

Villarreal will replace Cazorla with Sergio Garcia from Zaragoza.

Betis sign Nelson from Benfica.

Great signing IMO, didn't have a great season last year, but is a quality RB.

Thiago Neves will stay at Fluminense. My NY-Miami sources aren't reliable anymore.

Betis are also close to signing Nery Castillo and Monzón (the Argie LB)

Racing are after Tenerife's Marca Bertran - best right-back in Segunda - and are also looking at Appiah and Maduro.

That sounds like good dealings by Betis. both players could be real succesful in spain and Castillo looked real good last year at the copa america(if it is him).

I think this could be a very good move for Atletico if they use him properly. he should play alongside Raul Garcia.
their first 11 is looking real good now allthough the subs not to great.

do valencia really feel they have that much of a better team than Atlectico, to the point where they can loan out one of the best prospects in football to them, because i don't.

In terms of team/squad I think Valencia's is infinitely better.

Betis have indeed signed Monzon...for 9m euros

Saw a rumour earlier that the Zaragoza president is in London to discuss the transfers of Milito and S. Garcia to Spurs...but now a new one that Betis have offered 8m+2.5m add-ons for Sergio Garcia. Would be a great summer for them if they pull it off, but where are they getting all this money from?

Espanyol are signing Argentinian CB Parejo from Anderlecht...he looked pretty good at the Olympics.

They've also taken Nene on loan from Marseille.

Espanyol to sign Nené (ex-Mallorca, Celta and Monaco) and Martin Pareja (Anderlecht).

Don't know much about Pareja but Nené will be a good signing for them.
