Jelen is a good player and one of the revelation of the year. Him and Pedretti are the key players for Auxerre. The rest of the team is pretty average, but the coach is pretty decent. I didn't watch the game yesterday so I can't comment on it. Still hope they will play Euopa league and not C.L

Niculae was also very important for them this season, playing behind Jelen and being his best source for through balls. He is out of the econtract this summer, Bundesliga teams are all over him.

I can see Jelen leaving Auxerre this summer, he can do well for other clubs too, but it had to be a team playing high tempo or/and counter attack game.

Lyon won their game in hand with a 3-0 home win against Monaco.

In the final round of fixtures Lille are away to FC Lorient (7th) Lyon play at home to Le Mans (18th) & Auxerre travel to FC Sochaux (16th).

I think so, the fourth and the two cup winners (P.S.G & Marseille) so certainly Montpellier or Bordeaux depending on tonights games.
Come on Lyon, one feking game to win and you can all go on holiday in South Africa.

Just announced here, Laurent Blanc has quit as Bordeaux manager.

Apparently Bordeaux's new manager will be Jean Tigana.

Yes, I don't know if that's good for Bordeaux. Certainly they want someone cheap with experience. They won't be playign europe next year, so I am sure they couldn't afford Gerets' wages so they chose Tigana.
