Good technically but slow. Many had given up hope on him making it but has done very well for the reserves this season. Probably wont make it in EPL though.

We are going to lose

Wigan are the most underrated team in the league. Don't let their recent results or league position fool u, I have seen them being more than a match for both Chelsea and Pool this season. They didn't deserve to lose both games. But football is a funny game, we might spring a surprise here. COME ON U GUNNERS!

Have a bad feeling about tonight too. It's mainly based on our youngsters having done so well in recent years, it's about time they get knocked out early on.

Fabianski looks shaky at the moment, Wilshere keeps impressing me and it's very, very open and entertaining game to watch.

when Bramble is playing like this it's surely best to take him off. Some days he is world class, but other's he is a walking own goal.

English goal for Arsneal, made by Wilshire, scored by Simpson. Terrible play from the Wigan midfield.

If there are any Arsenal fans wondering why you generate so much loathing from neutrals I hope u are listening to the commentary on this one.

Apparently some of the senior Arsenal players spoke to the younger ones before the Sheff Utd tie which is an example of the wonderful togertherness at the club.

And to top it all off Wilshere passes for Vela but Simpson gets on teh end to score and according to Marwood its as good as any goal this season.

Ban all ex-Arsenal players from the media - the only saving grace is that it isn't Jonathon Pierce otherwise those sitting below the gantry would be covered in C0ck-snot by now.

I hope Wigan win tonight, not just for this, because Wenger's dad fought for Germany in the 2nd World War and it would be wrong for his son to win in an English Cup competition on this of all days.

He was "forced" to fight for Germany apparently - I bet they all were if you ask them now
