I agree with Juande Ramos here...Pique needs to be careful. It's well and good showing passion for your team, but this is not the first time he's made controversial statements. I remember him mouthing off before the Espanyol game as well, and we all know what happened there.

There wasnt contact to warrant a PK, yet Messi is turning around throwing his arms around, this would count as simulation.

Even Valdano said it was a penalty. He was forced out of balance, and yes exaggerated a bit, but that is still a penalty..

After seeing the replays I still have no idea if it was a dive or a pen

We didn't play well,but we won and i'm happy about that.

also glad to see us keeping another clean sheet, we were on a run like this before, we started, the December to remember games,and scored 9 unanswered goal, in those four game, so i hope history repeats it self, when the games come around.

Caceres has been playing well recently, and i'm happy for him, all he needed was a bit of confidence.

with him, Pique, henrique and puyol playing until he is 37, we have our defense sorted for the next 3/4 years.

didn't realize, abidal was on the bench for the game, good to know we now have a full strength squad,especially with such a difficult run coming up.

Iniesta has got to be one of the top 5 midfielders at the momnet. He is young, improving and loves the club.. who do they think they are kidding..

Honestly, I hope that we manage to keep the squad intact, and just bring in (in order of priority):

Left back (attacking)
Left wing (good enough to also play on the right and be a valid back up for Messi)
Central Midfielder (good enough to actually be a playmaker when Xavi is rested)

I think with Iniesta's form, the central midfielder doesn't necessarily have to be an attacking one. Hernanes is a cliched suggestion, but someone in that mould - versatile, talented, relatively cheap, young, and content to rotate - would be ideal for midfield IMO.

And we should look to sell Gudjohnsen or use him in a part exchange deal. He doesn't add much to the squad (at least with Hleb the prospect of a very good player is there if he finally stays fit and adapts) and with his contract expiring next year, we may as well get what little cash we can.

Agree with your first 2 signings, though atm I wouldn't mind just keeping Sylvinho on. With Henrique supposedly returning and able to cover RB or CB, Caceres then then cover LB or CB.

unless their is some other young, versatile midfielder out there, that i have never heard of, the only person i want the club to sign is hernanes.

Guddy is the only person in the squad that has to leave, and maybe helb, depending on how pep will use the youth players next year, if he will rotate 2/3 of the players from the b team, with the 1st team, then helb has to go.

Slyvinho has convinced me that he can do a job when called up on, so i wouldn't be against him staying for one more year.

The iniesta rumor is from news of the world, that paper is worth, less than my toilet paper.

in other news, they english are reporting that 4 barca players will be joining the EPL, come the summer.
