Balotelli looks exciting from the bench, is he as effective as a starter?

I only saw it once on the replay and it looked like a handball to me.

He is, but as we saw today, he does suffer the inconsistency of a 18 yr old. He is not ready to lead the attack for a team like Inter yet. Maybe in a couple of years, he will become our main striker, he has the talent.

My observations, I know Blue will have a right go at me .

Lazio were extremely poor despite the win and the goals, where are they hoping to finish this season, only threat was Zarate.

Inter didnt impress either, sorry to say, what does a midfield of Muntari, Cambiasso, Motta and Deki provide in attacking sense ?
Specially Muntari, what does he offer except for occassional long range hit.
Blue was so against Hleb but he would have been a great buy for that midfield, he would have provided so much.

I didnt see too much attacking moves from Inter, most play was the long ball in space.
Etoo looked head and shoulders above any other player.

Inter looked better in the 2nd half, Balotelli should have started anyway, Milito doesnt offer much outside the box.

Lazio's 2nd goal was poor positioning from Chivu, a long ball and he misses out, again I may add, not ever impressed by him as a CB.

Boring game in the end.
