Grr F*cking useless friendlies. So Spain can beat Austria 5-1 who the f*ck cares? Wow, David Villa is ace! Learned a lot from that match.

I guess it will be Garay or Metzelder with Pepe since Sergio Ramos is suspended.

You can't expect to be the head of the Whitebloods and keep referring to Ronaldo's Redblood past, Nate. As far as we're concerned, Ronaldo moved to Madrid fresh out of Portugal where he learned how to be a superstar and develop his football. We're not even sure if he's ever even been to England ok

    Denial is a dangerous thing!

Jesus of Nazareth was born in Bethleham...no one cares about Nazareth!

Its given TRW will be RMs biggest superstar EVER! in their history...inevitable as he is bigger then the club!

But equally given is that he will NEVER achieve as much as he has at MU.

    What is all this anti-Dickism????!!!

I merely pointed out a 'shirt size' issue! a mere 'design' matter! Big deal!

Surely a Whiteblood is not such an insecure animal so as to get riled about a penis-less comment like that?!

Anyway, since my CR7 (in 9) shirt arrived i have worn it once to show off the Chelsea tossers who are ribbing me for moving to Spain!

Hoping to wear it at TRWs next game!

    Hala Madrid!!!

Marca is reporting that Gago and Raul will start, while Higuain wil start as a right winger Grr Pellegrini only has to put Drenthe as LB and we'll have our three worst players in the squad in the starting lineup.

AS on the other hand, is reporting that it will be Higuain/Benzema in attack, so let's hope that this is the case. I actually wouldn't mind if Raul starts against Zurich (a team more on his level) to give others some rest against Barcelona. But rotating against Racing in the weekend to give Raul the feeling that he isn't "suplentisimo" is unacceptable Doh

Truthfully at home to Racing isn't a bad match for Raul either. But it will be interesting to see. Sounds like Gago will be playing, I think AS were reporting earlier in the week that Lass was going to be rested because he has a minor injury after playing with France?

Nevermind, Marca has just confirmed that Raul will start in the bench cheers

And yes, as I understand it Lass is not even in the squad. Not sure if Gago would be a better choice than Mamadou though. The crowd is likely to boo Gago every time he touches the ball, so it could contribute to a negative atmosphere.

Edit: Apparently Drenthe will start while keeping Marcelo in midfield, but at least Granero will play instead of Gago cheers

Ah, well, that's good. I like the idea of giving Higuain-Benzema some consistency.

If Gago plays it will be a good test for him. The one thing I will say about Gago he doesn't hide. As bad as he is playing he still asks for the ball. Diarra to me doesn't look the same since his injury. But he was out for a very long time so maybe giving him some time to try and remember what it is like to play football (sort of) is a good idea.

Given the horrible stuff he does with the ball every time he gets it, at times I really think it would be a good idea if Gago DID HIDE Laughing

But anyway, it looks like Granero is starting so no point an arguing over Mamadou or Gago, hopefully we can all agree that Granero is the much better choice Cool

Gago need to be loanded out, his got potential to be a very good player. Just needs consistency and perhaps to play somewhere with less pressure.

If he sorts out his passing he'll come good. ok

Interesting cover from Marca today...Real Madrid win to go top, and yet they find space to have a dig at Pellegrini.

I have to agree that wasting time by the corner flag when we had a good free kick opportunity and there were 3 minutes left was disgraceful. And you could tell Pellegrini ordered it because in the next free kick the camera zoomed in on him and he gave the sign for VDV to take it directly. This is the small team mentality that Pellegrini still hasn't managed to shake off to some extent.

At least we're top of the table so...
