1994: efficient - win
1998: Sexy - lose
2002: Efficient - win
2006: Sexy (tried to be) - lose
2010: Efficient - win.
1990: (Tried to be too) Efficient - Lose
People who say this Brasil side is too pragmatic need to look at the 1990 side, they were more defensive than the Italians!
IMO Dunga has got the balance perfectly right between defence & attack, the double pivot is what makes them look so solid and "unbeatable".
My only criticism of Dunga is that he did not take Dinho along.... Kaka is off colour, (and now suspended) lets see how Brasil cope without him... Baptista?
There are no real alternatives for Kaka & Robinho in the squad (Dinho could ve provided a back up for either), both of whom are critical for Dunga's Plan A... Thats the biggest risk Brasil face.
