If Schalke continue like this, it's just a matter of time before United score. Way too passive defending, almost no pressing whatsoever. Pressing is essential against United.

Schalke are missing Höwedes. Some of their defending so far has been pathetic. Man Utd will capitalise sooner rather than later unless something changes. Great pressing from Hernandez to create that last chance as well.

I can only assume the Schalke players have read the bullshit English media hype. It is puzzling though because I thought they'd be ready for this one.


Actually, it's all just a cunning ploy from Schalke. The way this match is going they'll be able to charge Bayern an extra €10m to take Neuer off their hands in the summer.
