"Championing Schalke"? Well, I can only speak for myself, and I clearly said that United are favourites. Schalke can beat them if they play to their full potential, but that's not likely to happen.

Playing like they do today, they won't go anywhere. Neuer can frustrate the living crap out of United, like he did to Porto a few years ago. But is that enough to reach the final? Unlikely. Schalke need to wake up.

Yes I am old bean.

If Schalke play like this in the second half, it's curtains for them.

BUT, United have a history of fucking up semi finals that they are cruising in. 3-0 up at home to Bayern last season a great example. 1-0 away to Lverkusen in 2001 and conceding late to go out on away goals.

Personally, I don't think Schalke are good enough to beat Utd. Schalke beat Inter coz we were crap, and would have lost to almost anyone. Schalke were actually quite ordinary against Inter, which speaks volumes about the level of crapiness we have achieved this season.

United will see through this tie 8 times out of 10, thats how overwhelming favourites they are...
