Liverpool will get to the final of the FA cup. But mostly because of the fortunate semi final draw.

How is a potential derby with Everton fortunate? Talk about fortunate with your cup run up to now Laughing

    Shocked

when was Lewis downgraded from All Liverpool Fans to Some Liverpool Fans status?

I'll be more embarrassed to finish behind Sunderland, Everton and Swansea to be honest.

You can have 6th if you want it, I'd rather have 2 trophies personally but each to their own <Ale>

That is fair, if you win the FA Cup I would happily switch places. <Ale>

Even if we don't, 7th the carling cup and an FA cup semi final is better than 6th and nothing. We've qualified for Europe already. Newcastle may enjoy this one season of 'glory' but that's all it will be, one season. So enjoy it <Ale>

A carling cup isn't much and a semi final is nothing. Finishing about Liverpool means something as we get one over on Carroll and Enrique, petty maybe, but true.

Well surely Everton is more preferable than potentially Spurs or Chelsea, given the game will be played in London and both are, umm, currently better than you in the league?

Don't know really. If Everton are up for it they'd love to get revenge for our derby league double, especially with the incentive of getting to the final as well.

Spurs and Chelsea looked pretty shite today so I'd fancy us in the cup where we tend to perform.

Whether we do or not, I'd still rather be in our position than Newcastle's in terms of the future. Newcastle are just a club who have a few good players then sell them on to bigger clubs and are happy to finish 6th or 7th every season. Liverpool are doing shockingly bad in the league but one day we'll be back amongst the top 4, can Newcastle say the same?

We sold Carroll for a stupid amount and Enrique wanted to leave, no one else was a loss. We are being linked to some very attractive names for the summer, I am looking forward to it, even if it is possible one or 2 players might leave. <Ale>

They are players we have been linked to for a while. Erik Pieters was close to coming here in the summer but I think he got injured, and Mbwia and Douglas have both been targets for a while.

at home you have been good in the cup.

This would be at Wembley, neutral ground, where the mighty Cardiff took you to pens. Justsaying. That said you're a good cup team historically in the later stages so yeah you have reason to be confident.

8 points from the last 33.

We have won 5 out of 15 home games: our worst record in 57 years.

If the league started on New Year we would be bottom.

The point is Man Uniteds "fans" in East Asia don't support the club they support the brand, the same with Liverpool "fans" there but to a much lesser extent. They only "support" them because they are ruthlessly advertised over there and it's the in thing to do.Man United restaurants,Planes, shops, credit cards I even heard they where opening a Man United bank. Also there's no real football culture over there,it's all very fake, just a money making scheme for the likes of United.

Meanwhile in Europe people including myself support teams because of tradition, loyalty and the fact that we have football tradition and a sense of football history in Europe. The same can be said of South and Central Amercia.Outside of Europe and America football is just another tentacle of globalization,it's spread all over the world because of money not because of the love of the game <Ale>

at the end of the date, the other time, she said something that was—if she was kidding was very funny. On the other hand, if she wasn’t kidding, she’s not fun, she’s stupid, and kind of a racist.

So because we're living in a continent where football isn't a tradition we don't have any right to support any European clubs? Is that your point?

You are such a narrow-minded racist
