It's part of their football culture and given their recent turmoil, they need something to distract them from the Pitso Mosimane era. Live and let live Murray.

Indeed, anyone else watches the new David Attenborough show called Africa. Such a vast and phenomenal continent where wildlife puts on a great show. Shame about all the people that live there though, AIDS can only do so much.
But the Shoebill is one hell of an extraordinary bird

It won't ruin it totally. And it's not a nightmare. Meeting the Eikenhof 3 tomorrow. Look it up - South Africa's Cardiff 5. Two matches tonight.

It was a crap match, but not as tedious as your posts. By the way you are aware the more defensive and negative tactics were employed by Cape Verde, playing a European defensive style. 19 of the 23 players in their squad play in Portugal.

If one caught some highlights of the AFC, I think it's fair to say that Apartheid would do football, rather well.

Nigeria is definitely favourites for this, but they are notorious for finding ways to beat themselves. They should win, but most would have said that Zambia would beat a ten man Ethiopia. Don't know enough about Burkina Faso except they are lucky to be here as they had played an ineligible Camerounian previously.
Edit: Herve Renard took the blame for not beating Ethiopia. He said that the Ethiopians surprised them. Salahdin rose again to claim man of the match. Salahdin > Richard I

I was in mixed zone Kimbo. Sorry had to work. And Richard was a useless git who needed to be ransomed and couldn't even rebel properly against Henry II. Hid behind Eleanor of Aquitane's skirts - wimp!. And he couldn't beat Saladin!

The red card earlier was amazing - move over Harald Schumacher! Probably the most entertaining moment of the tournament so far.

He did beat Saladin. If the fight was on Richards doorstep old Sally wouldn't have stood a chance.

There wouldn't have been a fight on Richard's doorstep as he wouldn't have stayed there long enough for a fight. Richard benefited from Saladin's chivalry, sending the bastrard a horse when the git was all but beaten. He had Richard beaten.

That sounds like a Muslim version of events or something.
