Wouldn't say £5m was overpriced...got a decent goal tally in his first proper premiership season.

Agree that I can't see how him and Fletcher will play together though.

That's what I don't get, Artie Ziff prefers 1 upfront, so Graham is going from back up at a good team that is in a cup final, that plays good football, and is managed by a legend.......... to back up at Sunderland. scratch

As for Wickham, he'll be released or let go for a nominal fee in the summer. Just watch. <Ale>

I don't think Norwich being relegated is very likely. Fact is top clubs in England aren't going to buy their strikers from Scotch teams, but if he is a success with Norwich, they may be interested. If he wants to test himself in the premier league he has to go somewhere like Norwich.

Agreed, no top club will buy him off the back of some CL performances for Celtic. Chris Burke was really good for Rangers in the CL...never got a big move.

Hooper is lucky a Premiership club is trying to buy him really, it's usually a Championship club who takes the risk.

Wickham made a retarded decision to go there in the 1st place. He was/still is one of the best prospects on England. There's plenty enough time for him to do a Gary Cahill.

Told you it would be rubbish. Quite incredible how City haven't spent any money, they're a loss away from definitely being out the title race and have a largely average midfield as well as just having sold one of their strikers.

I'm happy with our transfer dealings this window. The summer is where I hope we can find a midfielder and a couple of defenders or a defender and a keeper.

More midfielders?! Got loads now surely?

Gerrard, Lucas, Hendo, Allen, Coutinho, Shelvey.. That's a fair amount for 3 spots.

Then there's Downing, Sterling and Suso who can all be classed as midfielders too.

Need quality over quantity. Coutinho will be playing as a forward I assume, not a midfielder. Allen and Shelvey aren't going to get us to where we want to be right now. We need a power house, someone like Tiote would be nice. I hope Downing will be gone in the summer and I think Ince will be his replacement.

Good player, but didn't develop into kind of players some hoped at Osasuna. He was there considered better prospect than Azpilicueta and right now they are IMO on similar level.

Interesting thing was that it was Sky's guy in the North who broke that - I thought maybe Newcastle?

Release clause is rumoured to be £3.5 mil or £7mil, and you also have to pay Diame and his agents - it's the sort of set up Ba has. Which is why I don't think it's us - we're too cheap for that.
