It is understood the 28-year-old centre-back has agreed terms on a deal that will see him receive £100,000-a-week, including bonuses and add-ons.

You're asking me that like I said they were different..the way they operate is the same as most clubs..they just seem to do it with a bit less money but do as well as some that spend a bit more.
