And PSG will tell him to do as he's told and stay until his contract runs out. Nothing Veratti can do about it if PSG want to keep him, which they obviously do.

Marca's latest revelations - the club has a list of players they will try to sell this summer in the effort to raise 100m euro. This list includes: Higuain, Di Maria, Coentrao, Pepe, Kaka, and.....Adan!!!!! I would have thought they would be half way there if they can find a buyer for poor old Antonio!
The biggest shock of all is that they are claiming Madrid (in a sensible move for once!) are interested in Iñigo Martínez.

Unless he wants to leave.
It doesn't seem players are entirely sold on playing in France. To borrow from Wedding Crashers, playing for PSG in France is a bit like fishing with dynamite.
It also brings it with undue pressure, as T. Silva said. Every mistake they make is exaggerated in the media.
I know there were some close run encounters this year, but each year the gap will surely increase between PSG and the rest. And then some just like the culture of Italy (Ibra) or Spain more.
It probably has more to do with the ridiculously high taxes that have to be paid in France (and which supposedly are going to be raised to 75% for income over €1m/year).

A bonehead move by Hollande but you're quite right that this will have effects on players moving.
I don't take this too seriously. The media always get excited when there is a prospect of a new coach. As Jaime posted the media apparently already know what team Ancelotti wants to have. This is not to say that it is unlikely that Di Maria moves because there have been problems with the club and him. A player like Carvalho was going to leave anyway. I don't know why we would get rid of Coentrao just because Mourinho is leaving either. Same applies with Arbeloa.blutgraetsche wrote:Mourinho exit to spark Madrid clearout

But the terms of the Curse clearly state that we can wreak havoc on other teams for not respecting it or coveting our players. Until Albiol is returned with compensation for having the damn cheek to try to ruin him you can't make sensible moves.

I'm surprised none of you guys have been asking for the return of mata I mean is numbers this season have been amazing, especially the most important of them all goals!!
But seriously he has been outstanding much better than ozil has been since he joined Madrid, I know its in the Prem and all Spanish players look like gods their, but he has been the real player of the year for me.
So shall you guys bring him back or shall it be us.

I'd have Mata for sure. In fact if it is Ancelotti I could see him fitting into a 4-4-2 on the left. He certainly is not a player Jose would like. In fact, Jose will probably sell all of the Spaniards at Chelsea just in case they leak something to the Spanish press!
And as far as the curse, we should curse you for stealing Mata in the first place!

Pfft. You got Royston Drenthe out of it. What are you complaining about. Besides, we're far better at curses than you. Any more heresy like that and we will have to arrange a repeat dose of Special Agent Mijatovic!

Don't think Carlo has a set formation though, he tends to use the system that best suits his players, an since kaka will be the fulcrum of his team then I think the old 4-3-1-2 is a safe bet

As you know, Mata was a Valencia player which means that the terms and conditions of the Curse apply. You can appeal against the decision, but it will be deemed frivolous and result in harsher terms for you, or at least an end to that abominable Axis of Evil of your's.

Re: Real Madrid CF 2012/13
Jose, defiant to the end:
"The record breaking league of 100 points is mine and even though you want to, you can't erase it" Suck it Marca! It's funny that he forgets that even though some of the guys at Marca have been against him this year, it was Marca that basically ran Pellegrini out of town after just one year and building the campaign that Jose should be the replacement.
"The only thing I regret is not bringing Diego Lopez after my first season" Of course he conveniently forgets that Casillas was the goalkeeper for the record breaking league of 100 points.
"Three Champions League semi finals in three years. Toshack, Di Stefano, Antic, Beenhaker, Floro, Arsenio, Capello, Heynckes, Hiddink, Del Bosque, Queiroz, Camacho, Luxemburgo, Garcia Remon, Lopez Caro, Capello, Juande Ramos, Schuster, Pellegrini - 18 managers in 21 years, 5 Champions League semi finals. And the bad Mourinho - 3 semi finals in 3 years." First it's hilarious that he doesn't even mention Valdano in the list! Second, he conveniently forgets that Del Bosque made 4 semi finals in 4 years and won two of them. Also he forgets that Casillas was the goalkeeper for 2 of his 3 semi finals. Facts!

I wonder if we could nick Cesc this summer. I think he suits our style of player better than Barcelona. And all the papers like SPORT and MD are criticising him saying he doesn't "feel the colours" etc. If Ancelotti plays a 4-3-1-2 I think he would be great behind the front pair. Luis Figo 2.0
