I think the fact that a lot of teams have a myriad of new players isn't helping; players are getting used to each other and that will mean goals won't be scored easily.

Plus it's the weekend after an international break - a lot of players will be 'tired'.

Very good 1st half half from us, but it's still only 1-0 though. A fluke from a set piece could see this end all level.

Giroud's link up play in and around the box is very underrated. He's a bit limited far away from goal though.

Overall that was very good for us, Anita and Sissoko in the middle have made a big difference, and now we have 2 wingers that are dangerous 1 on 1 in Remy and Ben Arfa. Cisse is as shite as ever mind.

not good. still haven't worked out how to play at home. games like this show why All Villa Fans thought we should buy a creative CM this summer. not much good having another striker to throw on when there's no supply.
