Players who get UNDER rated on this board

In light of parky's thread, I think it's time to show appreciation to those who's performances often get overlooked. I'll start:

Cech - Perhaps strange but I think most people expect so much they never really think "Cech was immense"

Terry - Obvious one. Despised by 70% of this board despite being 1 of the best CBs in the world.

Lehmann - Can't be arsed to explain why. Only an Arsenal player afterall

Cech??? I think most people would have him in the top 3 keepers in Europe.

I'd say Terry and Rooney, certainly for England.

Quaresma was the best player in Portugal last season.

He was called up for the games against Denmark/Finland, but injured himself and was subsequently dropped.

Actually, the worst crime you can commit is disagree with someone who says that. You'll get drawn into a 3 day debate which will end up with the 2 of you arguing who were the best african national team in the late 90s, just to prove Riquelme is world class.

No1 mentioned van Persie yet I agree his effort can be mediocre from time to time. But in this form (he was amazing again yesterday) he can compete with the best.
