Players who get over rated on these boards

I'll start with Joe Cole.

Good player but has he ever got 10 goals or 10 assists in a season and yet he's end product is mightly improved.

I've always thought Paul Scholes is a quality player myself.

Don't know if he's considered over rated by Brits, but I'd be surprised if he was.
