I watched it on DSF right now, really looked awful. Everyone seemed to be shocked. Really feel sorry for him, don't think that he will be able to play for Bayern in the first half of the season.

Re: Bundesliga Round 1
Hamburg Interested In Boumsong
Hamburg are pondering a bid for Newcastle United defender Jean-Alain Boumsong to fill the void left by Daniel van Buyten's move to Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga side have already completed the signing of Vincent Kompany, but now coach Thomas Doll is keen in bringing in one more defender before the transfer deadline on August 31.
Boumsong is one option, according to Hamburg director of sport Dietmar Beiersdorfer. "He is not happy there and I know him from his Auxerre days," Beiersdorfer told the Hamburger Morgenpost.
Another option the north German side are investigating is that of Ivory Coast full-back Arthur Boka, who is currently playing at French second division side Strasbourg. "He wants to come to HSV (Hamburg)," revealed his international team-mate Guy Demel, who moved to Hamburg last year.

Re: Bundesliga Round 1
Hmm, interesting, but I think he's too expensive for the HSV...and he would surely be only the number three central defender after Kompany and Boulahrouz. Are there no other clubs interested in Boumsong?rai Mihawk wrote:Hamburg Interested In Boumsong
