He said that the first goal, was down to lack of CB's, and he hoped they wouldnt concede for 15-20 mins, and the CB's would grow in confidence....

He knew 2 weeks ago Bellamy wouldnt play, as two big strikers would cause Chelsea problems. C - flick on, K- hold up the ball etc.

Still, most of the time he was fantastic. Just not as good as he can be.

Carragher or Aurelio for MotM in my opinion.

To me, like I said before, it was too easy. Chelsea never used to concede goals and would always score. None that anymore. They've become average very quickly and it's the clubs internal wars that is creating most of this. They don't look like a team pulling together. Ballack and Shevchenko were supposed to be integral parts of the team and they're not up for the premiership. That don't help either.

Congratulations Liverpool cheers cheers , we now have a 'interesting' situation .. Liverpool back in the Title Race?

Kuyt = THE MONESTER!! Twisted Evil

I loved it when the Liverpool fans started to sing 'we won it 5 times' when Sheva came on

Crouch, what a game, should have scored ... slowly he is proving me wrong

Riise and Aurelio - amazing on the left flank

    Steven Gerrard >>> Ballack

Lampard where was he? did he play??

Cech 6 - Couldn't do anything with either goal. Made a good save from Riise and was then a spectator for 70 minutes.

Geremi 5 - Poor touch, poor distribution.
Essien 6 - Makeshift CB, but did well for 70 mins.
    Ferreira 3 - Adios
A Cole 6 - Probably the best of the defenders.

    Mikel 5 - Average
    Ballack 5 - Largely ineffective
Lampard 7 - Good control, excellent distribution, but no leadership.

    Kalou 5 - Ineffective.
SWP 6 - In and out.
Drogba 7 - Worked hard, and made it hard for the Pool defence who always had to have 2 men to stop him, but received a lack of service.
