Wes Brown will replace Gary Neville (ankle), Alan Smith may take over Ryan Giggs' striking responsibilities.

Middlesbrough hope the knee injury which saw Emanuel Pogatetz stretchered off against Manchester City is not as bad as first feared.

Jonathan Woodgate and Mark Viduka return after being rested against City, Julio Arca (groin) is doubtful.

Chelsea's Michael Essien has a chance of returning from the knee injury he suffered in the draw between the sides at Stamford Bridge.

Essien missed the Premiership win over Sheffield United, while Mikel Jon Obi is available after suspension.

I still feel if Heinze can reach the standard of football he was playing a couple of years ago he is your number one left back.

I would like to see Dong play because i think his link-up play would be better and he seems quicker than Smith.

But SAF will start with Smith me thinks.

Toughie. Fergie's always been the kind of manager, that if you are playing brilliantly you keep the shirt.

So he may opt for Heinze.

Could even give one of Rio or Vidic a rest, play Heinze centre back and Evra left back.

I was thinking SAF might rotate at LB today, it will also depend on how fit Evra is.

I have a horrible feeling that Chelsea are going to play it v tight and nick it on the counter.

Spurs' defence is porous, they will inevitably concede so it depends if Berby, Lennon, Keane and Malbranque can get a break through at the other end

I think we could win with that team, Heinze has been playing well recently, so he should keep his place, Evra is a great attacker and has played on the wing for Monaco before. Although it will mean a bigger responsibilty for Rooney and Ronaldo (if he plays) to create and score the goals.

I wish the Spurs v Chelsea game was on a different day, as that match will be brilliant, I am gutted that I cant watch it.

Im actually far more excited by tonights games than the prospect of the England game against Israel which will no doubt be an insipid and depressing experience.

Had the pleasure of watching Andy Grays "analysis" after the Arsenal game on England. Showed his Scottish bias by proclaiming if her were England manager he would play Lampard and Gerrard together.

Also claimed Chelsea "invented" the defensive midfielder. Keys seemed to agree with him.

Considering both sides only played 48 hours ago it is hardly going to be a fast paced tempo match.

With Coop on Channel 4's 100 best stand ups, he had Connolly, I had Evans. Evans came 54th, Connolly come first.

It was worth the risk seeing as Coop would of had this for a week.

Jo Brand is shit.

I knew I might be on a loser but Evans 24th was ridiculous. I thought'd be like most lists where recent acts come top and I don't rate Connolly that highly anyway.
