I didn't quite catch the statistic, but I think the commentator said that Shevchenko and Essien are the only people other than Henry to score for an English club against Valencia at the Mestalla (maybe just in CL). If that is the case then it shows what an achievement it was for Chelsea to win today.

Valencia have nothing to hinder their focus. You do have two/three matches in the Copa del Rey which may mix things up a bit. Interesting to see how Valencia respond at the weekend. A huge game against Sevilla.

With Sevilla playing on Thursday that game will be interesting...they'll be tired and Valencia still shellshocked. I'm hoping for an injury and card filled 0-0
