Incidentally Coventry should never have moved from Highfield Road one of England's good and traditional football settings in the city's suburbs. The Ricoh Arena is one of these shite grounds that gets laughed at when people travel past it on the M6 as it looks more like a large IKEA store on an industrial estate. No character.

    Is that a 3 O'clock Goat?!

Just looked it up and it is Erm . Sort of irrelevant as I have found out that the Championship season starts on the 11th rather than the 4th - therefore I won't be in Manchester on the day of the game! Anyway, they should bring the main squad Goater seeing as it will be their last warm up before the CL. Plus they are in the country for the Emirates Cup - where I expect the main boys to be there. Or at least, hope.

Wow that is shocking Geography Luis!!!! Coventry is a large UK city of population 300,000 odd about 10 miles east of Birmingham!

I dropped Geography in year 9! king

I always think that football and geography go hand in hand though? Coventry - rivalry with Villa (from the town of Aston in central/north Birmingham in case you didn't know Wink.) And Leicester also in the midlands! I have to admit though. I only found out last season where Wycome was Embarassed ....apart from that I'm sure I am clued on all football league locations.

Yeah i have always found that as well, not just in England but all over the world its come in handy.

Sorry i didnt reply to your post about our Valencia game but been out, yeah its 3 o'clock on the Saturday. Will be great to see Villa, Albelda, Vicente, Silva etc and check out Hildebrand and Alexis if they play.

Did anyone seen the Reading - River match?

I caught about 20 mintues of it. River won 1-0, but if truth be told it should have been about 3/4-0. They dominated the game.

Doncaster 1-3 City ! Sven's first game and we looked good. Corradi, Richards and Mpenza scored. Corradi played his best game for the club, maybe Sven can get the best out of him, who knows.

Chelski are in for a trashing when they come to Rotterdam Wednesday next week. Feyenoord are currently destroying all opposition 3 wins so far with an aggregate goal difference of 38-0.

Makaay scored 8 so far in 150 minutes played and Nuri Sahin & De Guzman are playing very well, today we got Drenthe back from holiday. He grabbed his first goal of the season.

Sporting to play V. Guimaraes today in the Algarve.

No Liedson or Vukcevic for this one.

Derlei and Purovic should get starts up front, while Izmailov should be starting in midfield and Gladstone will prob get some playing time in defence.

I'm assuming Stojkovic will play at least 45 in goal.

City won the first game of our Sweedish tour 4-1 ! Bianchi scored the first on his debut before Corradi (yes thats 2 in 2 and apparently he played very well) Samaras and Logan (an academy player with a big future) scored the rest.
