I think that Andi wants to be on the radar again by playing in Germany (-> EC 2008), and Magath always believed in 'his' player.
If I were him I would stay at Sevilla. That sounds like Hinkel's already signed a contract and moved his stuff to Wolfsburg--the only thing he's said about the whole business so far is that a) he got along well with Magath and b) was open for talks with anyone...
