    wow

seems as if Real are tracking the progress of Schalke's Pander, the Left Back

Great news! Why not buy him now? We need a LB.

Pander's career could be ruined by injuries, he is more injury prone than the current Dutch generation of players even, and that's quite an achievement.

Very talented LB, excellent at free kicks also. Unfortunately, I think that injuries will cost him a squad place in the Mannschaft he'd deserve at least (backup and excellent alternative to Jansen).

Pander is not exactly a Hummer of players

he's more like an English Army Rifle: always jams

far more talented than Cashley , but needs an excellent hostpital nearby

if he could shake off those injuries he would give Lahm a run for his money

let's hope and pray for this season; if he holds, you can have him for 30 million Euro afterwards

    funny portrait of REEEEEEEMAAAAN

the best goalie youngster in the world

    http://www.bild.t-online.de/BTO/sport/2007/08/08/manuel-riemann/titan-junior,geo=2272380.html

    this is VERY FUNNY

Manuel ist vergeben. Gleich zweimal.

his girlfriend is "giving her all" to one day become a primary school teacher

    German WAGs

    Laugh

    +

War Opa zufrieden? Manuel lacht: „Er hat mir gratuliert und war sehr stolz. Aber er will trotzdem noch mit mir reden: Ein paar Abschläge haben ihm überhaupt nicht gefallen...“

grandpa was very proud of Riemann's galactic performance but still wants to have a word with him.

He really did not like a few of his kick-offs

    Laugh

    German perfectionism

    lol!

Pander confirms that Real have been in contact with his agent

bizarrely, he will be available on a free next season

Schalke have once again, like so many other Bundesliga clubs, failed to either sell him NOW or extend his contract in time

    Doh

Principles cost money. As Bayern finally seem to have realised in the case of Hargreaves.

otto, now I know that you never read my posts!

Check out the Bayern thread, or the Bundesliga thread(s). Been raving about him for ages, I seriously hope that we don't let Bayern steal him also, just like they did in Kroos' case. Allofs, don't f@ck this one up!

Marin is awesome already, a starter for Gladbach at the age of 18.

Oh Fey, you won't even know what hit you in a few years. There is some truly great talent coming through these days, not great in the sense of "hyped up by otto great", but really great. Very Happy

    Marin is one of those.

    @fey

this Marin is a true German pocket-knife

    you better believe it

    or as we Teutons say

    "klein aber fein"

if he was Dutch and not German, he would now be on his way to Real for 20 million Euro at least

    @ blut

I know you have mentioned him before

he's similar in age to Kroos and Fischer

Allofs really should chase him and the young Stuttgart lad

    that's it

Not the same position, he is a playmaker / creative attacking midfielder type, who scores a lot also.

Both Kroos and Marin, 17 and 18 years old, have probably more potential than any other players we have on their position. The younger the German players, the better they are, for various reasons explained already.

    another article about Marin

    http://www.fr-online.de/in_und_ausland/sport/aktuell/?em_cnt=1191253

he has already represented Europe at youth level against an African selection

when Gladbach bought him, they fought off competition from abroad as well

rather intelligently, they employed Marin's father as a trainer or scout

just like Leverkusen did with Helmes' father

I hope you are reading this
