Would have voted for for Bojan myself but suppose his red card in the semi went against him.

Surprised no one has talked about the final today. Not much to talk about as the game itself was very poor, especially España

Did anyone see the shot from the Nigerian player in the final? He shot from his own half (at least 12 yards into his own half) and hit the crossbar, it was a sensational effort and would have been one of the best goals I have seen.

Great stuff, he fully deserves it, too. He was the key player of the highest scoring team in the competition, created most of the chances, had 4 assists and scored 5 himself, as a midfielder!

Considering all the hype other players got, it really could not be expected.

Congrats Nigeria on the win! The toughest and strongest team of the competition with an outstanding defence, and some truly class players, deservedly won.
