Not me! Just trying to paint a brief picture of the first half for anyone who didn't watch it. Now we just need to keep it tight at the back and hope that Germany can get a goal.

It's a fair comment. Syria did well throughout this tournament (incl. this match). They had a very tough group & manged to qualfiy for the KO-stages. Kudo's to them.

By the way if I were English I wouldn't be hoping for a Germany win. They've got a few very good players in their U17s. Rate Toni Kroos higher than anyone in the England squad.

Kroos is a good player from what I've heard, a few of the German posters talk about him a lot, although I haven't seen him play. I think England have a better chance of progressing against the USA, but it would be more fun to see England play Germany.

Gavin Hoyte is on now, just over 10 minutes to get himself a goal! Murphy just set up Woods as well who missed a great chance to seal the match.

lansbury, murphy and merida all doing great i hear ( haven't watched a single match yet)

I think Spain will beat France and Ghana will beat Peru. The other two are anyone's game.
