Almost caught up with Cesc now then.

Not bad to say he's been the worse of the two Rs

Cesc playing at his very best can only just stay ahead of Ronaldo playing at about 50%.

    Tells you something.

That Cesc played deeper in the past? the Cesc is more of a creator?

    Nope, neither of those things.

Sure. Guess your as clueless about football as I am.

Awful finish. That's why I'm still not convinced that Grant should be our manager. 1-0 up with minutes to go and instead of getting us to 'shut up shop' like Jose would have, he insists on attacking and getting the 2nd goal. Doh

Would have preferred a boring last 20 minutes and 3 points.

And we'll only keep clean sheets with Cech in goal. Wink

That's your opinion, but football fans are very fickle.

If he shut up shop an dthey still scored peopel would have said he needed to finish the game off in pursuit of the second goal.
Now they did go for the second goal and Everton managed to score, some will be saying he should have parked the bus.

Sometimes there's no pleasing. Drawing Everton is no shame.

The first 30 mins of the Man. Utd. - Blackburn match was just crazy...I got tired just watching it! Typical Premiership game, 20 outfield players running around at 150 km/h with the ball flying everywhere. Then the goals settled things down and Man. Utd. were comfortable from there. The match also highlights the difference between Man. Utd. and Liverpool - the former attack and let the opposition attack, whereas Benitez first thinks about how to shut down the opposition, and only then thinks about attack.

    Full time - 2:0.

Blackburn are a good side, didn't create much but good in defence and midfield. Ronaldo was class, still thought we missed Rooney though.
