Muntari's third goal of the season, not bad for someone who allegedly hardly ever scores. Whistle

think it was more of a case of portsmouth leaving the innitiative to them. Still, they continue hitting the long ball to carew.

Yeah Villa have had more of the ball, but i think Portsmouth were happy for it to be like that. Sweet goal from Muntari, i could see that one coming 5 seconds before it did.

Good. Might stop people who have never seen him before overating his ass.
Obviously he's a better keeper than Ward, but he wasnt showing it.
Newcastle team same as the one against Arsenal, thought he might bring Viduka back but nope.

Gordon doesn't make many mistakes, but he doesn't seem to make many exceptional saves. Keepers at the bottom of the league are usually stars because they see so much action, Gordon spends as much time facing away from the pitch as he does facing it.

Hargreaves would be an important player next week against Liverpool. It will be unfortunate for you if he is unavailable for that match.

Perhaps a little harsh on Villa that, they had chances to get a point but were unlucky, on the other hand Pompey played some good stuff and showed how much quality they have throughout the team, they have so much pace that they are frightening on the counter attack, James made some wonderful saves and Muntari's goals were brilliant.
