Hargreaves RB in such a big game, away on such a big pitch, against an unorthodox attacker like Iniesta?

Brown CB rather than Pique who'll know these Barça players much better?

Scholes and not Anderson in midfield?

Almost 2 months back...he'll be good for the first 30 mins, then tire slowly, and hopefully Rijkaard takes him off for Bojan soon in the 2nd half.

I'm not convinced its a 442 and I'm not convinced Hargreaves is at RB.

Having said that I reckon he can do a decent job there - it's not like he needs to get forward with Ronaldo in front of him.

I'm not writing off this team selection yet. It has all the hallmarks of genius or insanity.

Really surprised with the Man Utd line-up, not what I was expecting at all. Makes the game an even more intriguing prospect because I don't think anyone knows what to expect from this Man Utd line-up.

I'm expecting a very tight Man. Utd. side positionally, willing to sit deep and counter. I don't tink they're good at that type of game, so let's see.

Scholes ahead of Anderson suprised me. Tevez ahead of Anderson baffles me. I kind of understand Hargreaves ahead of O'Shea at fullback, O'Shea isn't very mobile and Hargreaves offers more going forward which will give Ronaldo licence to roam.

Game plan is probably to hold for an hour then bring on Nani/Anderson for a sneaky late win.

I always thought Tevez will have a big impact for us in the Champions League this season, his time has now come. It's time to prove Lrd wrong, don't let me down Carlito.

have you seen them against the big 4 this season?

I'm worried about Tevez' goal threat too. He'll most probably be the lone striker, Ronaldo behind him, with Rooney tucking in the left, and Park maybe given the right side to help Hargreaves, or perhaps man-mark Iniesta.

Playing 3 at the back gives you the wings but you wont get anything from crosses into the box. The midfield is packed to stop you playing through it and the multiple attacking options will make your defence struggle.

Barca play a patient passing game passing game, Scholes can handle that sort of pace. I'd rather Anderson to hassle them but I don't think it's as big an issue as Brown int he centre rather than Pique.

Putting Evra there will take away one of their biggest strengths IMO. Still just can't see that lineup, but yeah, let's see what happens.

Park and Rooney could easily play LM, RM or CM/AM.

The team will probably play 4-2-3-1 with the front 4:

Ronaldo, Rooney, Tevez and Park

constantly changing positions.
