Playing 3 at the back gives you the wings but you wont get anything from crosses into the box. The midfield is packed to stop you playing through it and the multiple attacking options will make your defence struggle.

The Mancs will park the bus in a clear indication that they feel they're the inferior team. I can't blame them. Considering the idea about Park man marking Messi. Most likely Park will be on the left. With Rooney more advanced on the left, then Tevez in the middle and Ronaldo on the right. Hargreaves is a decent right back. But like Robert not confident on Brown AT ALL. Pique would have been perfect.

If Hargreaves is at RB he'll do a decent job. It's not like he needs to get forward much with Ronaldo in front of him.

So Man U are going to try to play a possession game, against a team whom are far better in that regards. Atleast imo they should have had Nani instead of Tevez, so their will be instant pace/Movement in the flanks to be exploited.

I'm hoping xavi, iniesta and deco will make sure carrick and scholes do not see the ball all night resulting in ronaldo, rooney and tevez running around crying and kicking out

The lineups suggest we are in for a great game, however we don't know how defensive united will actually lineup yet
