Makes you wonder if these guys actually do any research. All teams that have beaten Barca this season have taken the game to them but nooo. We need some chicken $h!t tactics in a fucking enoumous pitch full of space we can use to our advantage as well. + a team choking trying to play Barca at a game they are best at!

Barcelona definitely have been the better team, no doubt. I'm kinda disappointed in United so far, they really just concentrate on defending it seems. Either this is what Ferguson intended, or he has to react.

COTR, still not scored yet...the pace right now is very slow, which in a way maybe is smart from Messi and Deco. They know they are not fit and want to last the pace.

Still 0-0 though and Barca haven't created a clear enough chance yet. We all questioned Ferguson's tactics, and it would appear we were justified in doing so. They're being forced to defend anyway so they should use the players who most suit that formation.
Should probably have been another penalty for Ronaldo! Lucky escape!

I thought first one was deliberate from Milito, glad Ronaldo missed.
First dangerous counter there, with the trio of Ronaldo-Rooney-Tevez getting up together. We could see that a lot more. Ronaldo definitely their most dangerous player so far and certainly worrying our defenders. Zambrotta doesn't have a clue.

I really can't understand Ferguson's thinking. He played an attacking XI, yet is playing it with some players in much more defensive positions than they are used to (particularly Rooney). If he was thinking of playing defensive in some respects, why not across the whole team? I don't understand playing Rooney and even at times Tevez deep, but not having Anderson in the middle who would be more effective for these tactics.
