Talk of taking his number is premature methinks
Good performance in one of the upcoming friendlies will suffice for that..
Or maybe a goal in training

Tottenham played a system in which they were regularly involved in games where they conceded 4 and still won. Plus he took penalties which he wont at Liverpool, this guy is fucking nothing special

He's a proven goal scorer, end of story, it's classic bitterness because not only is your best player in limbo about playing for your club but you've signed f@ck all and spent 32 million on fucking Tevez!

Premiership star Robbie Keane had his £60,000 car seized by police for driving without a valid licence.
The Tottenham striker, 27, was ordered to surrender the Range Rover Sport on the spot after being pulled over for speeding.
Officers found his licence was invalid due to an earlier fine for going too fast.
Ireland star Keane - who blamed an "admin error" - had to call for a lift home.
He said last night: "It was a genuine oversight on my part and it's being rectified."
Keane, who is currently on £60,000 a week, told how he had forgotten to send in papers to the DVLA to renew his licence after paying off the fine.
He was stopped in Loughton, Essex, after leaving Tottenham's training ground.
Essex Police said: "His driver's licence had expired and the vehicle was seized."
