Who are Spurs fans to dish $h!t out at the moment? They look like the worst side in the division.

    Tottenham-Berbatov-Keane=$h!t!

As for today...I have nothing to say. Behrami should be at RW...our CM is a joke...too weak, and Neill should not be a full back. We had 10 men (deservedly) and hae a couple of key players injured still.

We didn't desevre anything, and played badly. I'm disappointed we let City win...so easily too.

We didn't close down the Tottenham High Road to celebrate that did we ?

We've spent a lot, but we've sold £60m worth of players too. I'm not surprised because we've had such a high squad turnover, ansd there's still many whole's that need filling.

Any team in the world would go backwards if they lost Berbatov & Keane.

And just who the f@ck was bragging, apart from the same idiots in the papers who say Arsenal can win the league?

Because we celebrated promotion? We had 70,000 fans in East London that day...celebrating. Hardly a washout eh?

I'm sick of hearing it...from your fans, how well you've spent, how good your squad is, how well you'll do. You don't ever produce...once again, you have started badly and look poor. Spurs fans never know when to shut up...which is why it comes back to bite them on the arse. If there are one set of fans who deserve to take so much $h!t...it's you lot.

Just to add no West ham fan can EVER say Spurs fans are deluded over their ambitions, after all these are the same people who thought that Tevez and Mascherano would get them into the top 4 and thought there was not a damn thing dodgy about that deal.

Now that Eggert isn't giving out any more biscuit money, you're having to offload you're overpaid injury prone crocks like Ljungberg (£85k p/w?!?! Laugh) for nothing, just to get them off the wage bill.

You've been saying you'll finish in the top 4 for the last 6 seasons. You are $h!t...

Eggert isn't even at our club anymore...he had a 5% stake in the club...so where your logic comes from there I don't know lol!.

Learn to take the $h!t if Spurs fans want to dish it...I can. We were poor today, and I admit that. I don't brag on about we'll finish top 4/5 though...you finished 11th last year with Keane and Berbatov. You still play c**ts like Jenas...meaning Bentley and Zokora are out of position...why?

We only started thinking the top 4 was possible after we'd spent literally then entire 2005-06 season in 4th place. This season no Spurs fan I know was expecting it. So that's what 2and a half seasons ?

Eggert isn't even at our club anymore...he had a 5% stake in the club...so where your logic comes from there I don't know lol!.

The money behind Eggert have obviously pulled the plug, why do you think you aren't throwing money around anymore ?

This comment I really don't get....Majority of Spurs fans has been saying a target of top 6 finish would be successful and really...no-one has been saying we can break the top 4....

Granted the media once again have been hyping us up a touch, that is firmly out of our hands and we all know the media needs to be fickle to sell...

Finally, you point of some our faults in our team and I agree with you....We have faults in our team and it needs to addressesd (namely our strike-force, it produced nearly 70% of our goals last season, we are lacking in creativity in that regards....)

So, we know its going to be a hard season for us and we have not been hyping ourselves up...

I hate it, when we are having a bad-spell, comments mocking us for falsely believing we will break the top 4 are quickly attirbuted to us...it is pure and utter bullshit..

Trust me, even on Spurs PD, hardly anyone has been hyping. The majority said top six was optimistic, and that was if we had a season like 2005-06, the last one where King was fit the whole time.

We know we're buggered whilst we try to replace Berbatov/Keane and get a new system.

Thats the thing, I think people are hitching into the band-wagon too quickly, both ways....

The problems are obvious, luckily for both of us, it's only been two games. To judge a season after two games is ridiculous and not totally indictive in how our season will pan put.

A good example to a extent is how Man U started the season last year....Who's to say we can't comeback and still be in the top 6?

The problem we have can be resolved, I am not going to throw my towel in after two games, at the sametime not going to go overboard if we do have a successful sequence of games...

Lets see how the season pans out....

    ok ok ok

I'd say I'm depressed because the gap between ourselves and the top 4 is appears bigger than it has been in 4 seasons.

Like you say to expect a top 4 finish after such a high player turnover this summer was just ridiculous.

    Not me because they got:

Jo, Benjani, Vassell, Sturridge, Evans, Caicedo, Bojinov, Castillo,

Problem is there's no established partnership there. Bojinov is out for a while, so is Vassell though he's a right winger anyway nowadays.

So how would bringing in a new striker change the facts there's no established partnership?

Good point...what they should do is get in someone established to play regularly with Jo. Maybe Benjani can be that person with Sturridge and Evans as backups, but if he keeps getting injured or can't play well with a partner, then it requires someone else to come in. I don't think Sturridge is ready to make the step up and be a reliable partner for Jo.
